Payment:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Interac e-Transfers. All our prices are in Canadian dollars.

Shipping:

Shipping is provided by Canada Post with a tracking number, insurance, and the option for a signature on delivery. For security reasons, all packages are delivered to your local post office. You will need to show a government-issued photo ID and sign for the package upon pickup. Most items are shipped within one business day of order placement. e-Reader.ca will only ship orders to verified billing addresses. We ship from Toronto, Ontario. To find the tracking number, please go to “My account,” click on “Orders,” and then select “View.”

Warranty:

All of our BOOX devices come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty Policy:

The manufacturer’s one-year warranty covers any necessary repairs or replacements due to damage resulting from the manufacturing process.

The Manufacturer’s Warranty Does Not Cover the Following:

– Misuse or abuse of the product.
– Modifications made to the original product.
– Damage caused by natural disasters or environmental factors.
– Water damage.
– Unauthorized repairs.
– Tampering with the product.
– Normal wear and tear.
– Damage resulting from drops or negligence. We replace cracked tablet screens for a fee.

Returns:

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, e-Reader.ca offers a 5-day return period. The item should be returned in the same condition in which it was received and include all items from the original package. e-Reader.ca will charge a 25% restocking fee for the loss in the item’s value. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you find a current lower price on an identical in-stock item from another Canadian online or local BOOX retailer, we will match the price.
